The site for Marisha Pessl’s Special Topics in Calamity Physics (Viking) is one of the neatest book promo sites out there. In fact, it seems to be a part of the “book companion” site trend. I haven’t read the book, but the site seems to “flesh out” a good bit.

Here’s a guy looking for answers by compiling all kinds of metircal data of books. Kind of weird, maybe or not? Either way, the resulting statistics will be fun to check out. You can participate too. We may just have to do that.
